What is a boating accident?
In short, it is an injury that is sustained from the time you walk on the dock to embark until walking off of the boat after disembarking.
The most common boating injuries include:
Falls cause fractures, bruises, strains, sprains, and oddly enough traumatic brain injury and/or whiplash, compression fracture to the spinal vertebrae, laceration from equipment/pilings/hardware on the boat or dock, dehydration leading to blood clots (DVT), and heat exhaustion.
