Graston is a controlled and specifically applied pressure stimulating technique to promote the healing of irritated and grouchy tendons, muscles, and ligaments.  This results in a much less grouchy person because who wants to wake up in pain simply by rolling over with an angry or irritated back?

How does Graston Technique work?

Deep and specific stimulation is applied to irritated areas to encourage a typically immediate improved movement, elasticity, and reduced friction between fascia, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  This generally results in a reduction in pain and improved flexibility.  Graston Technique is performed without injection, cutting, or drugging the area providing a significant non-invasive desirable attribute.
